This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced wind turbine installation professional to come on board and take on a supervisory role of construction projects on site and further develop their knowledge of this fast growing industry. Responsibilites:
- Supervise onsite installation, mechanical, and electrical tasks
- Coordinate daily with on-site teams and manage logistics
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards: ensuring compliance of works with QHSE, being an ambassador of good behavior
- Assist and supervise service activities performed by third parties or colleagues
- Problem-solving: taking responsibility for resolving any issues to avoid delays and ensure high-quality work
- Conduct daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety practices
- Report site status, progress, and documentation to management daily
Required skills and experience:
- Leadership skills - ability to motivate and inspire others
- Problem-solving skills
- Preferred experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Fluent in English
- Availability to work on shift pattern
- Driving License
- 3-5 years’ experience within the installation or construction of wind farms. Maintenance experience is an advantage also
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills
